Reservations for fewer
than four nights require full pre-payment. All other reservations

December 15 to January 15, a stay of 10 days is required.
Prepayment is due on December 1. Cancellation for this period is 30
days prior to arrival for full refund.

your reservation on-line, through your travel agent, or by
phone or fax.

We do not accept reservations
through any on-line travel service (e.g., AOL Travel, Orbitz, Travelocity); these services may list Napili Sunset, but do not have
access to any of our rooms. Consequently, they may show
us as being "sold out" even though we still have rooms available.

Office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Hawaiian Standard time. If your arrival is after office hours,
an envelope with instructions will be left for you by the front office. Phone calls are transferred by the operator during
office hours. Calls after office hours require the caller to
know your room number to be transferred by the automated
attendant.
