Napili Sunset is an
all condominium
resort. Each apartment is
individually owned (i.e., not a time share). The complex
of apartments is run as a hotel with professional management,
housekeepers, groundskeepers and maintenance personnel. Each
unit is tastefully decorated and maintained by the hotel.
